  • For a seal replacement service, we dismantle the radiator and replace the seals in between the sections therefore rectifying any leaks that are occurring between the sections. For this service, we don’t undertake any cosmetic work such as blast cleaning or repainting. Your radiators will come back to you looking exactly the same (or maybe a little worse because of the work we have had to do on them).

  • Our comprehensive radiator refurbishment service will expertly cosmetically overhaul a radiator by meticulously stripping the old paint, carefully relocating bushes, renewing bleed valves or nipples, and applying a fresh coat of high-quality paint. It is important to note that we do not, however, separate the sections or replace seals during this process.

  • The most labour intensive and involved of all our comprehensive services, we will carefully dismantle the radiator completely into its various component parts. During this meticulous process, we methodically strip away the old paint, replace the necessary seals, and renew the bleed valves or nipples to ensure optimal functionality. After completing these important steps, we will expertly rebuild the radiator and beautifully re-paint it to restore its former glory.

  • We generally undertake a mixed service approach if we encounter a problem with a radiator that has come to us for refurbishment. For instance, perhaps a pressure test has uncovered a leaking seal or a noticeable crack in a section of the radiator. To help save you both money and unnecessary work, a combination of a thorough refurbishment service and a seal replacement service is carefully undertaken. We focus on fixing or replacing only those specific parts that are proven to be damaged or not functioning as they should, ensuring the radiator operates efficiently and reliably.
